The W. T Kirkman #2 Champion lantern uses their patented "Loc-Nob" globe and is the largest lantern made by them. It comes with a 31 fl. oz. capacity allowing it to burn for 27 hours! The clear globe and 7/8" wick help it to average 12-14 candle power. Unlike other stores, we have added an extra wick at no charge! At an average hourly cost of about 6 cents, it is cheaper to run than many electric lights, and if you burn synthetic kerosene there is virtually no odor. Used indoors or outdoors, it can easily be carried anywhere. Its extreme durability is due to its galvanized construction and it has great wind resistance!
