Deltec is the leading manufacturer of shunts in the US and the 500A/50mv shunt is the most commonly used shunt in the solar industry. It is perfect for the TM-2030-A battery meter. Although it can surge up to 500 amps for a brief period, Deltec recommends that it only be used at 2/3 capacity for continuous use. Permanent shunt heat damage will not occur until 283 Degrees Fahrenheit. Shunt accuracy is factory calibrated to .25%.
