Now click on the "Make Payment" button on the right.  This will take you to the "Special Order Payment" page in our store. Click on "Add to Cart".  In the shopping cart, enter the dollar amount to be paid, including shipping, in the "Quantity" box, and then proceed with normal checkout procedures.
