All warranties are manufacturer’s warranties, and must be handled directly with the Manufacturer. My Homestead Marketplace does not warranty any products, and we do not repair, coordinate, process, or ship any warranty claims. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty issues.
If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, then a claim must be made with the freight or shipping company as all merchandise is shipped FOB from either us or our supplier.
My Homestead Marketplace accepts returns for 14 days from receipt of product as long as it is not a special order item. All special order items cannot be returned.
We will also charge a 20% restock fee on all returns that we accept. There are no exceptions. Freight is not refundable.
All merchandise to be returned must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. If an RMA is issued, return freight to us will be paid for by the purchaser unless it is a mistake by My Homestead Marketplace. This would include shipping wrong part, wrong quantity, or some similar error to be determined by us at our discretion. If we deem it our fault, we will pay for the return shipping to us and back to you. Otherwise, all return shipping to us is to be paid for by the purchaser. All merchandise that is issued an RMA number will be accepted for refund on the condition that when we receive the part, it is in the original unopened packaging, is in resalable condition, and has proof of purchase from us. No exceptions. Any parts that have been used, installed, damaged by the customer, repackaged, missing parts or documentation, or are otherwise unable to be resold when we receive and inspect it will make the RMA null and void, and the shipping costs will be billed to the purchaser. This includes not only your shipping to us, but the return shipping of the rejected parts back to you. Do not ship returns using manufacturer’s packaging. Item must be returned with proper protective packaging.
Any merchandise returned without an RMA number issued by us on the outside of the package will be refused and will be returned to
the address it came from without processing at the purchaser’s expense.
